Made from grapes grown in the Ronchi of the Bellinzona area. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with long maceration (25–30 days) and gentle extraction, followed by racking and selective pressing. Ageing for 12 months in French barriques adds complexity. Deep purple in color, with an intense bouquet of ripe fruit and floral notes, a dense and concentrated body, and a proven ageing potential.
