Cantina Monti is a small family-run winery located in Ronchi di Cademario. Founded by Sergio Monti together with his son Ivo, it is now managed alongside his daughter Sabrina. The vineyards, set on slopes of up to 70%, embody heroic viticulture: all work is carried out by hand, with low yields that enhance the terroir. Respect for biodiversity and winemaking without mechanical stress guide the production of long-lived, premium-quality wines—an authentic expression of the land and of family craftsmanship.
