The family-run Zündel Azienda Agricola is located in the Malcantone, close to the Italian border. The vineyard area, surrounded by dense forests and meadows, covers 4.5 hectares and is mainly planted with Merlot, Chardonnay and Erbaluce. Since 2004, the estate has been managed entirely according to organic and biodynamic principles. Vineyard work focuses on balance and respect for the vine, while cellar vinifications involve minimal intervention and long ageing in neutral oak barrels. The goal is to produce wines that reflect their place of origin—characterised by finesse, persistence and personality.
