A wine made from grapes grown in Beride on steep, south-facing terraces. The vines range from 35 to 100 years old, ensuring elegant wines with remarkable persistence. Vinification is gentle, with spontaneous fermentation followed by 6–8 weeks of maceration, and then 22 months of ageing in neutral oak barrels.
