Grapes from Salorino on Monte Generoso, produced from old vines with on-vine selection yielding 600 g/m². The grapes undergo slight drying, followed by 25 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 18 months of ageing in French oak. The minerality, freshness and favorable exposure of Monte Generoso’s slopes result in a unique wine that expresses the typicity of the Mendrisiotto region.
