This wine is made exclusively from selected vines over 35 years old, grown in the Ronchi of Cademario at 550 meters above sea level on slopes of up to 70%. Due to rigorous cluster thinning, an average of three vines is required to produce one 75 cl bottle. The wine undergoes no mechanical stress, with no pumps or filtration. After fermentation in wooden vats, it is aged for 15 months in 100% first-fill barriques.
