Cantina Hauser Contone - Gambarogno, Integrated production

The grapes come from the municipality of Contone-Gambarogno in Ticino, more precisely from the slopes at the foot of Monte Ceneri, at elevations between 220 and 250 meters above sea level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks after a short pre-fermentative phase, followed by maceration lasting 35–45 days. The wine is aged for 18 months in new and used barriques.
Persistent and full-bodied, with a pleasant toasted almond and red fruit finish.
